Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

Eligibility:
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated from the same email address used to place the order.

Please note, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Seasonal items returned within 5 business days of the related holiday (e.g., a Christmas kit must be received no later than December 20 to be eligible for a refund).

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
