Sensory Play Classes (Ages 2-4 with Caretaker)

Description

4-week session begins April 30 and meets once per week on Thursdays (session ends on 5/21) for children 2-4 yrs old + caretaker.

Join Ms. Saga for a magical, hands-on sensory experience designed to spark curiosity and support whole-child development. Our sensory classes invite children to explore thoughtfully curated sensory stations filled with textures, colors, movement, and open-ended materials. 

Each week will feature a different theme geared toward their 5 senses! Children ages 2-4 and their caretakers will be introduced to the concept during circle time where instructor, Saga Pappas, will introduce the materials that they will be using for the session’s open exploration portion of the class where they are learning while playing!

Sensory play helps build important connections in young brains that support learning and development. As children scoop, pour, dig, squeeze, and create, they are strengthening language skills, refining fine and gross motor development, and building problem-solving abilities in a natural and joyful way.

Beyond the fun, our class also nurtures social-emotional growth. Children practice sharing space and materials, expressing themselves, building confidence, and engaging in cooperative play — all in a calm, welcoming environment. 

Perfect for toddlers and preschoolers, this class encourages exploration at each child’s own pace while caregivers connect and enjoy meaningful play alongside their little ones.
