Cancellation Policy for Events or Single-Session Sign-Ups

To receive a credit in the amount paid, notice is required to be a minimum of 48 hours before event/class. 

Refunds for Classes

First Week of Class - a refund will be given in the form of payment (i.e. credit card, cash or playbreak credit), minus $30 fee for the first class and cost of any materials. There will be no refund or playbreak credit given after the first week finishes. Please inquire about switching into another age appropriate class, if there is availability.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather we will offer a makeup class. If you cannot attend the makeup class, there is no credit or refund. If we are unable to schedule a make-up class for any reason, you will receive a credit toward a future class, event or private event. 

Playbreak-Cancelled Class

If we cancel a class for any reason, we will offer a makeup class. If you cannot attend the makeup class, there is no credit or refund.
